Re: Keyring EDC

Hi all, I wanted to give you an update on my keyring EDC. I'm not too sure how to upload a picture. I don't usually use photo sharing sites and can't remember my Photobucket log in so I signed up to a Flickr and I think I can link it so I'll try that here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/134190825@N04...

Re: My summer cooking preps

We do this whenever we make something really big, but I always forget to label them and so every now and again when I work late my husband has one of our 'mystery meals'. I live in a 6th floor flat with cats and our flat gets unbelievably hot in the summer, we sellotape our venetian blinds to the wi...

Re: What preps are you doing this week? part 2.

I was going to recommend Zooplus until I saw you both already use it! Mine get Bozita tetrapacks which are good quality, full to the brim, and rectangular boxes so they can be stacked with no space in-between. One box does both cats 2 meals each. I also buy them Animonda Carny tins but they take up ...

Re: Small flat prepping

I too live in a city centre flat at the moment, although we are looking to move into a house as soon as our current mortgage contract comes to an end. I have no outside space and no way of attaching window boxes. However I grow lettuce (butterhead lettuce so you can harvest just the outer leaves and...

Re: Get out quicker on a micro scooter?

I have to warn you, in a world without rule of law, adults on micro-scooters will be the first to the wall. If you're over 12, you shouldn't be on one  http://38.media.tumblr.com/a2bdd4fcda4bf7693ab3cf1358559e85/tumblr_inline_no0g4rqJ0z1r29fne_500.gif  Under normal circumstances I would ...

Re: Get out quicker on a micro scooter?

I have one in my boot in case of car trouble, major traffic jams or road closures. I think it would take a lot for me to use it, but it's there!

Re: Free Kindle books

Thanks for all the tips guys, I've downloaded so many free Kindle books this past week :D !

Junmist the trouble is as soon as you've finished reading all 700 pages there will probably loads of new free books to look at, so you'll have to start over  !

Re: Free Kindle books

Thanks for these, I've just downloaded both. I've only just started buying Kindle books on Amazon since Christmas (having downloaded all of the books for my old kindle on a streaming site). Can I ask how you find the free books? Is there a particular section? I managed to find a free section on Amaz...

Re: Computer?

I was lucky enough to get a Kindle Voyage off Santa, I absolutely LOVE it! It can store thousands of books and says it can last 6 weeks on a single charge based on 30mins reading per day with the wifi off and the front-light set at 10 (about half of full brightness). It would be readable with the li...
