Insect bites

Hi,
quick question..
1) what can i use to prevent insect bites, was working out in a wood last night and seem to have been bitten all over.
2) If i have been bitten, what is the best treatment to stop the itching etc.

price was up to £50? Don't get it cut that often, every couple of months, but starting to get a bit long now.

i got most of mine from procook. Not too expensive but seem ok. Like others have said though you do need to look after the blades. Some of the more expensive are hard to resharpen if you lose the edge.

What is this called?

Hi,
I had four of these, but have lost 3 , but i can't find replacements. Does anyone know what they are called or where I can find them? I have tried tie down, luggage strap ratchet but they are either plastic or 2.5 to straps. It's about 2ft long and 1cm wide.

I got them off a friend who had a load made to advertise her business, they have a carabiner at one end, a length of nylon webbing and a keyring on the other end of the webbing, I've seen the exact same ones with Royal Navy badges on them.
