Am I missing something , isn't this just a 12v leisure battery, a charger and an inverter in a smart box ?
£1500 seems a bit steep when all the bits would cost less than a third of that.

The obvious answer is to offer to buy the existing wood from them, saves them having to move it. Or better still, say you want it included in the purchase, they can only say no.

Haynes plumbing manual is useful. Sorting out burst pipes, leaky stop cocks and suchlike.
I used a similar one and have taught myself to competently sort out plumbing and heating woes. Fitted an extra radiator at the weekend, saving me a good few quid.
