With regards to wound dressings it can useful to keep hold of out of date dressings. As long as the dressing in contact with the wound is in date the out of date dressings can be applied over the top of the first dressing to absorb blood when the first dressing is saturated. The disposable rubber tourniquets can be repurposed to make a serviceable catapult to scare crows off the lawn.

There's a lot of stocked trout fisheries here too but that's not really for me. I like the roaming about and pottering on river banks.

Yup, fly fishing for trout & salmon on the Don in aberdeenshire. Fly fishing up here is the common man's fishing, not like the exclusive chalk streams in southern England.

Honda jazz driver here. Very grey man. Only downside is that it's natural habitat (garden centres) probably won't survive the apocalypse.

Private water supply pressure was a bit low so just wandered down the road to give it a boost from the borehole and neighbour gave me some tomato, kale, cabbage and sprout plants so they're going in this afternoon 😀
