Re: Big or small?
A belated response but I've just opened up my smallest FAK which is the one I tend to take unless I'm hill walking or whatever. Without further ado..... 1 x triangular bandage 1 x field dressing ( a cheap one from Israel, not an Israeli bandage) 1 x 7.5 by 7.5 non adherent dressing 15 x bandages (v...

Re: Big or small?
God - I did a mental inventory and I think I win the prize for most kits. I have.... 1 x Tiny set which I carry around in my day to day work briefcase/laptop bag (plasters, headache tablets, Imodium and one wrap bandage) 2 x Car FAKs that came with the cars (BMW and Audi) - topped up with plasters,...

Re: Big or small?
I'm guessing a lot of us will be intimidated by a professional asking the question but I've got 3 FAK's, 1 hoofing big one and 2 smaller ones. The big one is my ultimate back up I suppose and has more than the wee ones. I try not to intimidate lol my first aid kit probably has the same in it as you...

Big or small?
After looking at loads of different options for my med kit, I'm looking for ideas/advice on how people keep their med kit? A big kit bag with all you need in it or smaller kits depending on what's needed I think problem is the more you know the more you can use/carry but some stuff will only be used...

Incontinence pads or bed mats for the car! Don't want to ruin your seats.
Do they let you stay the night as well? As that could change the contents. Congrats by the way

Re: First aid kit recommendations.
Scissors/trauma shears. Blister plasters. Tape. Lots of triangular bandages. Some plastic zip lock bags.
All handy extras I carry come in useful.
Also gloves that actually fit and not the generic extra large ones in the pre made kits

Re: to buy or not to buy a Stethescope
As a person who uses a stethoscope daily, you get what you pay for with one. If your concerned about what to listen for there are loads of sites that have audio files so you can learn. Most people who know how to use them will have one or two anyway so having a cheap one just in case someone can us...

A nice new pair of running shoes. Let my fitness slip the last year or so. Time to get back on track
