Arrow heads are difficult using metal detectors, however my idea of using copper tape to mark your arrows wou...

Re: Metal detector

I am no archer, or metal detector but in electronics you can buy copper tape or copper paint like nail varnish, other metals are also made in tapes or varnishes as well as I cannot remember if copper would be detected but I think it would. If so you could run the copper tape along one side of the sh...

Re: camping

Scotland has a right to roam and camp within reason, but they wont make you too welcome at the moment. Dartmoor has implied right to camp wild in its bylaws, if you don't mind the solders training around you. On facebook there is lots of wild camping groups who have lots of suggestions. I have wild ...

Re: Exhaust fan for attic.

I would also invest in insulation to prevent the heat getting into the loft. Foil lined insulation under the tiles will reduce lots of heat in summer and keep you warmer in winter. I would be a bit concerned about raising the humidity of your loft if you tap into your bathroom vent. That will be car...

If you do not know how to use them, having a electronic spares box with a soldering i...
