Had a look. A bit technical but reminded of my first suture course in the military. A good manual to have in the box when needed. If you want to try suturoing, try it on a pig foot, banana, and a Orange segment. These give you a feel of different strengths of tissue and what sizes to use.

I have a new build as well and been thinking about using the small space under my stairs as well. I reckon you could go through the plaster board inside the closet under the stairs without a problem. Makes access a problem but easy to hide stuff. Also I found some decent dead space under the bottom ...
