Happened to check the vegan pizzas in Aldi today. The salsa veg one has almost 5g of salt per pizza :shock: i left empty handed!

I prefer cash, and spend locally where possible. That’s usually day-to-day stuff such as groceries. Bigger purchases are usually online by debit card. I also use real people at the tills! We sit near to the one storage heater in the living room. It’s on 3/4 and has managed to keep the room at 18 degrees today. The bedrooms are unheated. Lots of duvets and hot water bottles. Just like when I was a kid!

I’ve just been told I have mild arthritis in my right knee so I’m seeing the nurse at 2.00 to get bloods done and a general MOT. So prepping with consist of buying CBD gummies tomorrow and I will see what supplements I need to help with the pain. I normally take cocodamol and ibuprofen and put on a...

How did we cope? Nothing exciting to add. We stayed in the living room until bedtime. The overnight heater turned up full costs about £4 per day. Total for all electric £10 per day.
