Re: What Preps are you doing this week? Part 8.
I'm not a conspiracy theorist by any means but it has bothered me for a while that I have everything on google without paying any attention to what information is being shared. I've started this week and am going to be removing one thing at a time. I'm starting with email and am deciding between Fai...

Re: Echo Pharmacy being delayed
I use echo for mine and have never had a problem. I'm sure like most things where they may have staff off at the drop of a hat, things will get behind. It's very convenient as I am also shielding.

Re: Who's getting the vaccine
I'm in the shielding group and had my vaccine last Friday. I had the Pfizer and as well as the usual sore arm my bg's rose significantly (diabetic), my arthritis flared up as did a rash I have on and off. My bg's I'm still trying to get down but the other two only lasted a day or so before back to ...

Re: Olio
I have Olio but it has yet to take off around me. There is very little posted and no uptake when I have added things. Hopefully in time it will kick in here. I still check it every day.

Re: Eat like a Peasant?
I'm definitely going back in time on my cooking journey. I can make most things from scratch but don't always do it like butter, I can make it but it's not cheaper or beneficial so I don't. I always look for old recipes or traditional versions that haven't been changed to something unrecognisable ov...

Re: Rehydration
I agree with what others have said. I use my dehydrated food for when I have run out of fresh and not as a substitute. I have had the most success with onions as they rehydrate and fry up nicely. I put in cold water overnight in the fridge. Peppers also plump up nicely. I personally do a lot of powd...

Re: What Preps are you doing this week? Part 8.
I'm doing a quick check and stock up on meat, fish and meat products as the first UK grace period ends on April 1st. After that animal products will all need the correct documentation for each consignment arriving in Great Britain, including import forms and health certificates signed by vets.
