I am not currently in touch with them, the local one has roughly a hundred members and they run free classes so I think i'll attend a few of those over the winter period whilst I build a couple of hives ready for spring. I'm also hoping on planting quite a large area of sunflowers so I hope the bees...

The biggest problem in the UK, is if there are walk ways theres very little you can do to stop people coming through. If the woodland is situated near roads the owner of said woodland is normally liable for the trees near the road - keeping them cut to a height of 17ft and dealing with fallen trees ...

Thanks for the welcome! I don't really believe that the 'end' is coming but, just like we have car insurance; house inusrance etc why not have what I like to think as self insurance. I just like to know that if we had a bad winter or supplys were limited for whatever reason that myself and my family...
