Re: what are the best multi vitamins to take and stock
I’m also a pharmacist, genuinely I’d not bother with expensive stuff. General multivit with iron will be more than sufficient. And plenty of rehydration sachets!!! Interesting Welshwiz11, I know a few pharmacist preppers! Considering I barely know any preppers at all, there must be a link? Are we g...

There is a post on the Food, Nutrition and Agriculture board called "What are you dehydrating?" - it's 50 pages long so loads of ideas there for us when our ones arrive!

Re: Prepping for long drive with toddler

The door locked (don't know exactly how, on his dad's watch) with the key and 2 year old inside! We needed to get my son out quickly so we ha...

Re: what are the best multi vitamins to take and stock

Re: Prepping for long drive with toddler
Ha. Just realised that I was asking a group of preppers if I'd be ok with not prepping for a breakdown. Oh my, I'm dumb at times. I'll get cover

Re: Prepping for long drive with toddler
Hmmm ok - so breakdown cover seems to be a priority then. I guess I knew that deep down or I wouldn't have thought to mention it. I don't have a lot of £ to spend so will try to find a good deal. It was a very quick look online before I posted here. A more thorough search may yield more favourable r...

Prepping for long drive with toddler
I'm driving from North of Scotland to the Netherlands on Monday (ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam). In the car will be me (driver) and my son (almost 2). I've not driven further than 200 miles before. I've packed stuff we'll need while we're there - clothes mainly, including jackets, walking boots,...
