My local council sent out orders for everyone with dangerous trees ( or might be dangerous in their view) to have them cut down by the end of the year of be taken to court. i had my first jab a couple of weeks ago. the only side effect was a sore shoulder that meant i couldn't sleep on my left for a couple of nights. I could still use the arm to chop wood!

I've had permission to cut up the fallen trees at work I reckon I can do two days worth every week and transport it home, which should give me a month and a half of free heating by autumn

I've grown them in buckets for years. I usually get more than a meals worth from each bucket, although they are normally small. I don't have a big garden.

On friday I popped into sainsburys looking for powdered milk. When I paid I got a voucher for bonus nectar points. They were doing promotion and I got 5000 Worked out to be £25 which I spent today on more stores.
