Re: First Aid course recommendation
Totally agree with most comments made:- 1. Any First Aid training is better than none. 2. Only way to really get comfortable with FA is to do it. No sure I agree about the REC courses only being good for South of England. As far as I know there training providers throughout the country. No they're n...

Re: First Aid course recommendation
Did 20+ years in SJA so would suggest looking at these courses http://www.remoteemergencycare.com as being much more appropriate for Preppers. The First Aid at Work and EFAW is very much geared towards work environment with an ambulance 8 minutes away. So if SHTF happens your chances of getting an a...

So whilst being aware of Bow Drills and such like way too much damn hard work...

Re: Could a Moderator contact me please?
Phew and thanks Pseudonym I was REALLY worried because the rejection I got said that it had been rejected for "illegal or pirated software!" So I needed to know what I had done wrong unless it was a Trojan or something.

I have had a Topic I attempted to post rejected by a Moderator for a reason I am really struggling to understand so I wonder if someone could contact me to discuss? The last t...

Re: Free downloadable Casualty card:
Nice resource Yorkshire Andy very useful, another one for the work printer. As for AVPU it's really just a development of what you should do for an unconcious casualty....... 1. Hello can you hear me? Response = Alert 2. OPEN your eyes. Command = Verbal 3. Gentle pat / shake of shoulders = Painful 4...
