On sunday I found out I have a junior prepper on the way, my first, ETA in six months. I'm keeping the mini Derv by my side, so have ordered:

Without a doubt, I'd go for the 857D, I cant fault mine at all. I got it when I first qualified and still love it!

I did the distance learning course. They use the Edmodo site to provide the classroom. There are a group of amazingly good tutors who deal with you personally and give support. It is tough. I did physics to A level and it pushed me even further. Worth it though and their pass rate is phenomenal. Re...

Operating a radio is a skill. My green machine is a duster diesel, I loves it.
I got the 2wd version as I couldn't be bothered with the extra faff and tax for the 4x4, but she still handles Salisbury plain tank tracks admirably. She is a keeper.
