Would this happen to be a spyderco type with a thumbhole or with another type of one hand opening helper on the blade?
Thumb stud on the blade

Re: Rising energy prices mitigation

I'm having the woodburner lit as much as possible, unfortunately unlike our last place it's really undersized and theres not really a way of fitting a bigger one without it intruding on the room too much, hence it running flat out most of the time and chews through the fuel. Not paid for wood for th...

Re: Signal flares

My son does Airsoft and the number of thunder flashes and smoke grenades they go through is unreal. Cool to watch though when it's going on towards dusk. Even the small smoke ones they use burn very hot once going - they had a fire last week. Occasionally one member brings expired marine smoke thing...

Interviewed under caution, then charged pending further, then we had the email. We haven't accepted anything.
I'll post redacted copies of everything once I can use my pc and scanner. I can't do much from my phone or even access my Ali express account.

Knives - in trouble with the police!

Hi everybody many moons ago on Jansmans recommendation I bought myself a couple of Enlan folding lock knives for work. I broke the EL-01 a few months ago and ordered myself (or rather my wife did for Christmas) a replacement Enlan and another similar one in black. Enlan came through fine but then my...

Hello again from a lapsed member

Hi everybody, been a member for ages but I've been a bit quiet on here due to moving house, building most of a new one single handed and oh the end of the world!
Anyway I thought I had better say hello before proceeding again to the main section.

Re: Radios and walkie talkies

Pretty sure uk legal CB is limited to either 4 or 8 watts, in ideal circumstances you can get out a long way on that setup. Being on top of a big hill helps a lot. Running a burner (to boost the power output) was definitely illegal and you end up all mouth and no ears unless you set up well, i.e. Ev...
