Re: Bitty Pensions
I would look at consolidating your individual schemes into a single SIPP. Go with whoever you think will be the cheapest given the total size of your pot. Fund wise I would stick with a low cost tracker based on one of the world indexes. There is a great reddit community where such things are discus...

Re: No jab, no job
There's literally no reason to not have it (unless you have had allergic reactions in the past). Not having the vaccine is a selfish idiotic thing to do. I'm glad someone finally said it. What seems to be lacking in some of the above posts is that with freedom comes responsibility. And it is our re...

Re: Who thinks a space earth ship is the ultimate idea?
I don't think anything could survive a planetary collision. The last time we had one of those the whole earth became molten. If earth was doomed then we would need to head off-world to an existing body like the moon, mars or a decent sized asteroid. There's no point in launching stuff into space, wh...

Re: Suggestions for good quality walking boots
I've got a pair of Berghaus Hillwalker II GTX's. Super comfy - which is how I like my boots. I went a size up and fitted a set of Sorbothane insoles for extra padding. Current £95.00 at Go Outdoors.

Re: So close to SHTF
Whilst I agree Money is important, I have to say ensuring your pension is stocked up is probably the worst thing you can do with your money RE: a SHTF situation, Private pensions are not great investments at the best of times and are mostly inaccessible except for very limited circumstances and eve...

Re: Crypto robbery
I'm no expert but I suspect they could launder it through some of the less traceable cryptocurrencies like monero or dash. All these online wallets are vulnerable to cyber theft. If you want to be secure - keep it offline!makes me wonder more is just how the robbers are going to use it
