It is really surprising just how much you can get for £10 when you put your mind to it and don't be a brand snob. Been doing the same the last few weeks, around £10 worth of extra tins/packets and the same in bottled water. Weather permitting I have a rusty old steel shed to pull down ready to install a green house in it's place, will be a big help on the long term food preps to have the greenhouse

Other than the usual food/water, I grabbed some more propane cylinders, just incase of power outage with the winds we're meant to get over the next few days.

My wife takes a number of POM's, 2 of which are classed as a controlled drug, very difficult to get more than 1 months supply, not sure what we will do in a shtf event and we run out.

I use clove oil quite often, a fab medicated product is "Oragel Maximum Strength" it's a benzocaine based topical anesthetic.
If you can get hold of any, xylocaine spray is mega for short term relief.

I've got a fairly decent amount of TP in storage.
I buy the 9 roll packs from QD for a couple of quid, it's not too bad quality either, I unroll, bin the card tube and fold roll them back up, then into the vac bags.
