Hi andy out of interest how long do the lanterns work for once you have wound them

A couple of the guys from work are into weight training and have those body building shakes.the actual shake powder comes in a large round tub that is black. Ideal for long term storage combined with Mylar bags etc. and free as well

Hi all thought I would get started at last,over last few years I have been meaning to get started with prepping but never get around to it.

Look forward to learning loads and contributing as and when I have something useful and constructive to add.
