I do keep a small amount of wood in the van but I also have a bottle of meths, not that I have a meth stove anymore, accidentally drove over it.

I am having a dehydrator for Christmas also, only problem is that I don't know anything about it until I receive it on the day. As soon as I do get it I will be looking for tips. Clingfilm is always in my bag after needing it myself a couple of years ago, fell over and landed hand first on the wood burner.

First aid is one area I lack in badly, I was considering a course with the st John's ambulance group which is only down the road from my house but haven't managed to find the time as of yet.
