Re: Apocalypse Wine from Ribena or Tinned Fruit.

Great inspiration guys! I’ve failed miserably in the past making wine but I do manage a decent ginger beer. Really must dig out my demijohns and other gear and have a go.

Re: It's still about.

I know the machine has to keep running but we can’t move without coming into contact with it. I try and eat a really good diet to keep up my immune sy...

Last October I broke my wrist. Seen quickly in A and E, X -rayed and splinted pretty quickly. I was referred to a Bone Health team as I’m over 50 and had a bone density scan and physiotherapy to do at home and two appointments with the hand therapist. I’m so grateful they are there and I don’t have ...

Re: Car v public transport

Fractured my wrist in October so no driving for a while. Bus service isn’t bad you can get to most places eventually if you’ve got all day. They are every half an hour now so anywhere on the other side of town takes two buses one to get to town and the next to go to work/ visiting etc. A journey tha...

Re: Winter car kit

Need to retrieve rescue gear from shed. I bought a small fire extinguisher, life hammer and hazard triangle set for m...
