Thanks for all the suggestions and apologies for taking so long to edit them into the list in my OP. I've had a rotten few months with a lot on my plate, hence my absence.

Yes, they're available on Amazon UK. I use Google chrome with an extension that automatically redirects Amazon US links to the UK equivalent.

The blog poster says the offers probably expire today, but that was back in December lol! I checked, they're still free.
