I grew tatties in two builders bags a couple of years ago, the crop only yielded about 20kgs so have never done it since. I don't live in a large city so I will be bugging in also. Everything I need, stores and cooking facilities self defence items and tools etc. in the loft. I saw a programme on tv showing that all that is needed to keep fit and healthy was to do some cardio training (bike, running, cross trainer, rowing machine etc.) for four minutes a day at maximum speed. It is done by doing 30 seconds at full speed then 30 seconds rest 30 and so on x 4. This engages...
