Slight deviation and shoot me down if I've got my facts wrong, but have I read somewhere that you can eat yourself to death on rabbit? Although it may fill you up, there is little nutritional value? PS, dont ask me where I saw that... probably on t'internet somewhere :shock:

Another (slightly balmy point), I sometimes run my cooker on wood cat litter pellets. I had to make a grate with smaller holes to stop the pellets falling through, but they burn for ages and throw off some heat.

Acuired a Wild Woodgas Stove MK II. Expensive to buy new, but very lightweight and compact. Mine lives in my rucksack.

Evening!
Does anyone know where a could purchase leather off-cuts or sheets & leather working tools etc. Fancy having a go at making a few pouches/sheaths.

Tin, small Esbit stove, and brew kit. The tin will hold approx 0.7l of water.

hi all, I'm looking for a . Ever noticed how the folding hexamine stove is nice and compact, but no-one has come up with a matching size pot to cook with it? I was thinking about a tobacco tin, but suspect it might be slightly too small. Does anyone have any suggestions for square shaped metal pot ...
